The autologous fat anti ring robbery injection, removal and long-distance running operation is to use a standard fat device to extract fetal fat from the body fat into the extravasation (brain, large clothing). Postoperative care

• 0~3 days: severe swelling period

  Recovery prompt: Breast swelling and pain, skin bruising, pain unbearable, wear pain pump. The gravity of prosthesis causes self suffocation and chest tightness.

  Nursing methods: 1. Place drainage and observe the amount, color, nature and recovery of bleeding; 2. Assist in adjusting the body position to relieve pain and chest tightness; semi sitting position is acceptable; Intravenous drip of antibiotics for 3-5 days and hemostatic drugs for 2-3 days; 3. Check the position of the wound and breast prosthesis; 4. No smoking, drinking, and spicy food.

• 4-6 days: rapid detumescence period

  Recovery prompt: Chest swelling and pain were relieved, and the skin was bruised and absorbed.

  Nursing methods: Observe the drainage. If the drainage is less than 30-40ML, pull out the drainage. If the axillary incision is painful, help adjust it to the akimbo style, and encourage getting out of bed.

• 7-7 days: wire removal day

  Recovery prompt: 7 days to the hospital for suture removal (due to different surgical methods, it is necessary to go to the hospital for suture removal according to the doctor's order).

  Nursing methods: 1. Keep the wound clean to prevent infection; 2. The wound shall not be wetted within 24 hours after the suture is removed; 3. Do not rub the wound with force, but apply scar removing ointment to fade the scar; 4. Pay attention to light diet and fast from spicy and irritant food; 5. After suture removal, the patient should wear tight fitting clothes and stereotyped bra. It is forbidden to wear ordinary bra to prevent the prosthesis from deformation.

• 8-15 days: continuous detumescence

  Recovery prompt: The rate of detumescence is fast, the change is great, and the bruising basically disappears.

  Nursing methods: 1. Avoid sexual behavior within two weeks to avoid hurting the breast; 2. Some surgical methods require chest massage. Massage starts at this stage, and it is painful twice at the initial stage; 3. In case of severe bruising and breast hardening, go to the hospital for further consultation in time.

• 16~30 days: organizational recovery period

  Recovery prompt: The swelling is gradually absorbed, the shape is basically fixed, the effect is significant, and patiently wait for recovery.

  Nursing methods: You need to continue to massage and wear body shaping clothes to resume normal activities.

• 31~90 days: stable period

  Recovery prompt: The effect is stable, the prosthesis becomes soft, and the wound scar is lightened.

  Nursing methods: 1. Do not wear a bra or wear a bra for 3 months; 2. One month after the operation, you can do chest expansion, arm up exercise, and more chest activities such as deep breathing, which should be persisted for more than half a year.
