The Orthopaedic Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences is a clinical teaching hospital of Peking Union Medical College. The hospital has strong scientific research strength. Since 2006, it has undertaken 84 Chinese, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects and 1 China Science and Technology Progress Award; 4 Beijing Science and Technology Progress Awards and 91 Chinese patents. More than 300 SCI papers and more than 700 core journals. The hospital has extensive contacts with the national plastic surgery academic community. In recent years, there have been more than 200 groups of national j plastic surgery experts, and the second of 16 large national j academic conferences. Every year, a large number of domestic plastic surgery colleagues visit the hospital to give lectures.
