Doctor Dong Shiqiang graduated from the College of Cosmetology of Dalian Medical University. He is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgery of the Chinese Medical Association and the Branch of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association. He has studied in Beijing Huangsi Plastic Surgery Hospital and Shanghai Ninth People's Plastic Surgery Hospital. In 2007, Dr. Dong Shiqiang went to Professor Park Dahuan, Clinical Center for Ocular Plastic Surgery, Katuri Medical University, Daegu, South Korea for many times to learn new techniques for ocular plastic surgery. In 2008, he went to Seoul University Hospital, South Korea for further study in plastic surgery. He has published more than 20 periocular medical papers in domestic core journals.

Doctor Dong Shiqiang has profound attainments in facial fine surgery, and currently focuses on in-depth research on plastic surgery around the eyes.
