Dr. Qiu Wei is currently a plastic surgeon in Xingyao Hospital of Kunming First People's Hospital. He graduated from Hunan Medical University (formerly Xiangya Medical College) in 1994. He has worked in plastic surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University since 1997. He has 22 years of experience in plastic surgery in large and small hospitals.
