Dr. Yang Yabo, MD, professor, chief physician, doctoral supervisor of the second clinical teaching and research section of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, deputy director of the ophthalmic teaching and research section of Zhejiang University, and director of refractive surgery of the ophthalmic center. Hangzhou Mingshijia Eye Clinic and Hangzhou Chaoju Eye Hospital are distinguished experts.

Dr. Yang Yabo has been engaged in ophthalmic clinical, teaching and scientific research for more than 20 years, specializing in optometry and refractive surgery, and has done a lot of basic and clinical research in vision regulation and refractive surgery. In 1996, he presided over and performed corneal refractive surgery in the Ophthalmology Center. He is currently a member of the Optometry Group of the Ophthalmology Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, a member of the Chinese all femtosecond expert technology group, and a member of the ICL surgery core expert group. From April 2001 to April 2002, he worked as a visiting scholar in Schephens Eye Research Institute of Harvard Medical School in the United States for postdoctoral training, engaged in visual optics and cell biology research, and obtained a postdoctoral certificate.

Dr. Yang Yabo presided over and participated in many national, provincial and ministerial projects such as the subproject of the National 863 Program and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He is also the editorial board member of Chinese Journal of Optometry, International Ophthalmology Review and other magazines. In recent years, he has served as the first author or corresponding author in IOVS, JRS, Cornea, Chinese Journal of Ophthalmology, Chinese Journal of Optometry and Vision Science, International Ophthalmology Review and other journals, and published more than 30 papers in journals.
