Xianyang Hospital of Yan'an University, the Central Hospital of China Railway 20th Bureau, and Xianyang Hospital of Yan'an University (formerly the Central Hospital of China Railway 20th Bureau), founded in 1949, are the largest Grade III Grade A comprehensive hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, health care, and rehabilitation in the region. The hospital is the third affiliated hospital of Medical College of Yan'an University, a national drug clinical trial institution, a standardized training base for residents in Shaanxi Province, and a joint training base for master's degree students of Yan'an University.
